We offer personalized tours for private groups, adapting the experience to suit your preferences and needs. Whether it’s customized itineraries, special accommodations, activities, or travel preferences across different destinations, we’ll ensure your journey is unforgettable.
Payment Schedule
- 50% booking amount at the time of booking.
- 75% of total booking amount within 45 days to 21 days.
- 100% payment 21 days prior to departure.
All additional charges levied by Government and banks / Credit card / Debit cards will be paid extra by guests.
Cancellation / Amandemant by Company
We reserve our right to amend or cancel a tour booked by you, without assigning any reason. Such amendment or cancellation may be due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you alternative tour dates / tours or you would have the option of traveling as individual travelers (FIT) at respective FIT pricing, which is not as part of the original tours.
If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable or you do not wish to travel as individual travelers, we would refund the money paid by you, within a period of forty-five days from the date of amendment or cancellation.
However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damages or consequential loss or to refund any other expense incurred by you.
Cancellation of Booking by You
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Such notification shall be deemed to have been given to us only on the date of the receipt of your letter, since we can act only on receipt.
The following cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of the reason for cancellation. You understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the damages that we will suffer on account of cancellation.
You understand that these damages are called liquidated damages in legal language, which are payable without proof of actual damages. You agree not to dispute such deductions or to demand proof of actual damages.

Minimun Participation
Tours specified in the Brochure are subject to minimum participation of 20 paying Participants. If the participation is below the minimum prescribed, the Company reserves the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary, or cancel a Tour without incurring any liability to pay any compensation.
If the Company decides to operate the tour with participation below the minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as ‘Individual Travellers’, the Company reserves the right to collect an additional pro-rata amount.
Persons traveling as individual travelers in such cases would not be provided certain services, which are part of the group tour including the service of tour managers. Clients may travel on the amended itinerary and changes in services, such as transportation on a “seat in coach” basis, where the coach departures are at fixed times and routes, etc.

The package includes comfortable accommodations, guided visits to key Ramayana locations, all transportation between destinations, and select meals. A detailed itinerary will outline the inclusions.
Yes, select meals are included, featuring local and traditional cuisine. Additional details about meals will be shared in your itinerary.
We recommend packing light, breathable clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a sunhat, toiletries, medications, and a camera to capture the memorable moments of the journey.
For our fixed group departure tours, the itinerary is fixed. However, we do offer the option to organize private tours where we can customize the itinerary, accommodations, and activities based on your specific preferences, ensuring a personalized and unique experience.
Internal flights are included in the package. However, arrival and departure flights are not covered.
Most temples offer wheelchair access; however, please inform us in advance during booking. Guests using a wheelchair must be accompanied by a co-traveler.
Some sites feature stairs and steep climbs. We advise guests to assess their health conditions and choose their participation accordingly.
